FREEDOM OF SPEECH-OPINION POST

 I would like to preface this post by saying that this post is optional, and it is opinionated.
Freedom of speech is the greatest gift that all Americans have been given. It is a gift. It is not a guarantee. Millions of people fought in wars to establish this gift for us. I am tired of people taking it for granted. Freedom of speech is the most intrinsic value that our country stands for. Our country is the only country in the world that prioritizes true free-speech over anything else. That, to me, is a blessing. I am truly thankful and grateful to be living in a country that values free speech and free expression. I truly value that I have been able to form an identity of my own and express myself in the way that I please. Freedom is a gift. I don’t think we should ever forget it.
