SUPREME COURT CASE-TAKE UP 2A CASE

 The Supreme Court will be ruling on the right to bear arms!

This case is huge! It is so interesting that it will be going to the Supreme Court soon.

This case is out of New York. New York's law strictly limits who can carry guns in public. According to New York law, those that apply have to show an "actual need" to carry a gun. This actual need is open to interpretation, and varies from where a person is applying for their license.
The men who brought this case to New York were denied their guns, despite providing what they viewed as actual need reasons such as self protection against home invasion/robbery and extensive safety courses.New York has a very strict stance on giving out these licenses. The Supreme Court's take on this case will be interesting to see, however. The court has a 6-3 conservative majority, and certain judges are outspoken in supporting the second amendment. In fact, Amy Comey Barrett wrote a piece in favor of second amendment.  While the majority of the Supreme Court is conservative, this case deals with the public so I'm intrigued to see how they will rule!
